MirEMP

MirEMP is an interactive, easy-to-use viewer that allows users to explore and analyse key information on marine protected areas (MPAs) in the Balearic Islands. It combines spatial and statistical data, emphasising the status of management plans.

With this tool, users can filter and combine different criteria, such as island, protected area, type of protection, management plan status, or the responsible administration. Thanks to graphs, maps, and dynamic tables, users can see how the planning and management of MPAs in the Balearic Islands is progressing.
